This consists of two detached houses on the beach road directly in the first row to the beach promenade. The 1.5 km long beach in Baabe can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. The clean and largely natural beach stretches from the seaside resort of Sellin to the seaside resort of Göhren (5km) and is ideal for taking a break from everyday life, either in a beach chair or on a beach walk. For children, the beach is optimal because it falls flat and shallow into the water. Water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth at the water sports school on the beach, and the naturists and dog owners also have their own areas. The Kurpark as well as the house of the guest with playground are directly opposite the Villen Ensemble. At the beach promenade as well as in the beach road there are various culinary offers.
