The apartment is located in the western part of the spa district of Świnoujście in a historic, restored and modernized building. Willa Julia is located at the intersection of Konopnicka and Ujejskiego Streets, just 130 meters from the promenade. Nearby there are pensions, apartments and hotels as well as the health promenade. The building is equipped with a lift. In order to use the elevator, however, some steps must be climbed to the main entrance.

The 1-room apartment with an area of 25m2 was prepared for the stay of 2 people. It consists of a room with kitchenette and balcony, hallway and bathroom. The room has a sofa bed (sleeping area 140x190), a chest of drawers, a TV, dining table, 3 chairs. Balcony exit from the room is on the west side (two balcony chairs and a table are available to guests). Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils for preparing and eating meals, including an electric cooker with two cooking zones, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parking is possible on the street and in public parking lots. A paid parking zone is valid in the spa quarter from May to September.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
