About this property

Farm Stay with Fireplace

Relax with the whole family at this unique countryside farmstay. As part of your stay you are welcome to participate in the daily barnyard chores and seasonal farming activities on this active working farm.
Guests will be close to no tax NH shopping, ski mountains, hiking, snowmobile trails, ponds, rivers and lakes for all seasons fishing and water sports.

The farmstay is connected to the main farm house by an entry way. Guests have a private entrance and parking just outside the front doors. The main floor has a sitting area with a propane fireplace, an eat in kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and electric kettle. The bathroom and sperate show stall area are also on the main floor. Upstairs there is a loft style bedroom with a king and one twin. There is a reading nook with family/child friendly games and books in the loft. The second bedroom has a queen and two twins with dormers overlooking the back yard and pastures.

This space is best suited for 4 adults and up to 4 children if there are littles that can share a bed, or 7 adults. There is a pack n play available upon request.

You will find access to connecting snowmobile trails directly from the farmstay via the railroad trail that goes through the farms property. With a valid fishing license, guests can also enjoy fishing along the farms private Saco River frontage.

Guests are only 30mins from no tax Conway New Hampshire shopping, skiing at Shawnee Peak, Mount Cranmore and King Pine. Sunday River Ski Resort is only 1 hour and 15mins from the farm.

Hiram puts you in close proximity to both Maine and New Hampshire hiking trails, including the White Mountains. During the summer months guests can find kayaking and swimming at a public beach along the Saco and with the Saco Bound Company.

Guests have access to the farm stay, entryway, yard, sitting areas and porch. Guests must be accompanied by farm personal to enter the barns and pastures.

Children MUST BE Accompanied at all times.
This is a working farm on a main road with heavy machinery, farm tools and equipment.
