Idea for longer term stays, this remodeled, updated home is in the perfect location for enjoying all things Tucson. This hip 1,200 sq. ft home could not be more conveniently located. Less than 5 minutes to the university and downtown areas. Less than 60 seconds from centrally located parks and golf courses. Lots of sleeping options: one bedroom has two queen beds. Carport parking for your convenience, fenced-in backyard, and covered porch, perfect for enjoying your wine and morning coffee outdoors.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES: If you need to receive packages during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have them delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have them delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Perfect home for us

We had a delightful stay at this house. Everything was clean and well organized and communication with the host was easy and prompt. We loved the neighborhood and found the location perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
