The entire property is reserved for guests only. No residents live here. Guests will have full and private access to all rooms and the yard.

Quiet, single-family residential street. Major park and golf course are less than 60 seconds away. Perfect for families and children to enjoy more outdoor spaces and things to do. There are cameras outside the property for your safety only.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Great stay!

The property accommodated my group very well. The outdoor backyard area was our favorite space to be during our time! Communication with the property manager was very quick and respectful which I appreciated very much. Overall it was a great stay!

Hosts were great to work with; the cleaning crew needs to step up -- a glass shard was on the floor and other little bits and bobs around. Washer and dryer not working - would have liked a heads up on that. Otherwise it's great place!

Perfect home for us

We had a delightful stay at this house. Everything was clean and well organized and communication with the host was easy and prompt. We loved the neighborhood and found the location perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Kitchen for Thanksgiving

Three generations with family five houses down the road gathered for Thanksgiving. Cooked most of dinner here and the kitchen was great, though a little sparse on equipment. (No problem; we brought most of what we needed.) Only two issues: hot water was dangerously hot, and WiFi didnt work at first.Had to troubleshoot.

The host was attentive, perhaps too much as multiple times, there were multiple visits by yard maintenance, plumbers, handy man, etc...not really bothersome but not very necessary. The home is comfortable but very dated. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned thoroughly as it smells.
