Great location to see the historic downtown and U of A campus. Very nice property and the property owner was very easy to contact and get everything set up. Beautiful, historic neighborhood.
The home was very clean, cute and had all of the amenities that we needed. Home owner communicated well. We spent most of our weekend at the U of A campus and the location was very convenient for a short drive. Highly recommend!
House was in a very nice location. The back yard was a very nice place with excellent privacy. The TV in main area did not connect to any services. Not even a local TV station. Communication with owner was super!
My son and his family stayed at the property. It was perfectly located close to us close to restaurants. Backyard was just enough room for the kids to play. Everyone had a wonderful time.
This place was great, perfect for my son to finish his finals. Great location close to campus. The owner was quick to respond. He really enjoyed staying here.
This property was exactly as described in the listing and photos. Communication for check in & out was clear and process was simple. Home was clean and well appointed. We would definitelystay here again.
Overall great stay. Easy to get in contact with the host. Everything is was comfortable and clean. Only thing that could use some cleaning was the jets in the jacuzzi bathtub. Which I understand are tough to clean.
Went to visit our child at the University of Arizona. You will get your steps in if you’re heading to the University, but we enjoyed walking back-and-forth. Easy Uber pick up, very quick. The place itself was very clean and perfect for what we were there for. Cute sitting area in the back, where you could enjoy your coffee in the morning.
The house was close to the U of A which was important to us when moving our new freshman into her dorm. The house was clean and well decorated. The information was clear and well posted throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again!
The property was perfect for our family’s stay to attend the UofA graduation. Everywhere we went (ceremony, dinner) we were able to walk. Morning coffee was delightful sitting on the back patio! I’d recommend this property to any Tucson visitors.
This was a great set-up. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms, but somehow it’s really quiet and shower/toilet noise doesn’t disturb. Rain shower was very nice. The kitchen is on the other side of the house, and also insulated from the bedrooms. Couch and provided throw blankets were comfy.
We had 4 adults for our stay, and digital access to the house was very handy - we could each come and go without locking anyone out.
There’s parking on site (we didn’t use). It’s due north of U of Arizona campus - head south and you are at the campus bookstore. It’s very close to the Orange line of the CatTran, so if you have a student they can use that. Otherwise, about 4 blocks to the SunTran 1 bus, or the 10 blocks to the SunTran streetcar. (Public transit is free.)
We got to see a pair of baby mourning doves nesting in the courtyard, visited by their cooing parent.
There were instructions inside, but not so many that we had to run around and do a ton of clean-up ahead of our departure. It truly felt like a vacation. Thank you!
