Private cozy historic two bedroom house just blocks from the University of Arizona and a short 5-minute drive to downtown dining, shops, theaters, and nightlife. The home is just a 5 minute bike ride to the University and it sits on the Mountain Avenue bike path just north of Banner-University Medical Center and the U of A campus. UofA Graduation

The property was perfect for our family’s stay to attend the UofA graduation. Everywhere we went (ceremony, dinner) we were able to walk. Morning coffee was delightful sitting on the back patio! I’d recommend this property to any Tucson visitors.
