Casa Peponi (paradise) is an oasis. Located in the village of Punta de Mita, on the shore of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Enjoy a private, peaceful and spacious home, large covered terrace, beautiful private pool and lush gardens. Close to the main beaches, restaurants and the surf breaks of La Lancha, Anclote, Stinkies, El Faro, and Burros.

Casa Peponi has a large living/ dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
New water filter system installed - no plastic bottles needed. Three bedrooms and bathroom are located in the house, two with luxury king size beds and one with a single bed . There is a casita in the garden with two matrimonial beds. Outdoor bathroom. All the bedrooms and casita have ceiling fans and remote controlled air conditioners. The large patio overlooking the private pool, has an outdoor kitchen complete, small bar fridge, outdoor dining and seating with gas BBQ. The pool area surrounded by lush tropical plants.
