It is located on the first and last floor of a building, directly above a small supermarket and overlooking the vast pine forest of Viareggio, which is an ideal place for a walk in nature or to relax in one of the bars and restaurants. Through the pine forest you reach the beaches. Viareggio has 10 km of sandy beaches, of which 6 km are subject to fees, and the remaining 4 km are public and can be easily reached by bike (the nearest is 2 km away).
The apartment is fully air conditioned and consists of a beautiful living room with double sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette (gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Opposite the pine forest is a large furnished terrace where you can dine al fresco. Other facilities: Wi-Fi connection, a laundry room with washing machine.

Train station 1 km, next airport Pisa 25 km, Lucca 29 km, Florence 95 km, Cinque Terre easily accessible by train (1h20 min), Carrara marble quarries 30 km.
