About this property

Our one bedroom apartment was renovated in 2017. It is located on the ground floor of the building just 100 meters from the sea and has a private place for bikes and a patio for eating outside. In winter during the Carnival we are inside the circuit!
Equipped kitchen, TV, bedroom with double bed or two singles. Possibility to add cot in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room.
Washing machine. Complete with linens and essentials for the kitchen.
Its position is enviable because it is a stone's throw from the beach and the city market.

Nette Vermieter, perfekte Lage

Super nette Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war problemlos über Whats App. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher etc. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gefliesten hellen Hinterhof. Man wohnt zusammen mit den Einheimischen, was für uns perfekt war. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse, wo man frühstücken kann. Ideal ist die Lage. Keine 100m zu den Stränden und der Promenade mit Restaurants, Geschäften und Bars. Außerdem ein sehr schöner Radweg, der sämtliche Orte entlang des Meeres verbindet. Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung ( entgegengesetzte Richtung vom Meer) ist ein Park. Ideal zum Spazieren und ein Paradies für Kinder, da es Hüpfburg, Fahrgeschäfte, Spielplätze etc. gibt. Ebenfalls Stände zum Einkaufen und Essen. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder auszuleihen... ua auch Tandem und 4-rädrige Modelle, wo 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gemeinsam fahren können. Von der Wohnung aus in 15 min zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof, von wo zB stündlich ein Zug in die wunderschöne Stadt Lucca fährt. Die Fahrt dauert 20 min und Hin-+ Rückfahrt kostet 7€. Das einzig schwierige ist das Parken. Ein Parkplatz ist wie ein Sechser im Lotto!!! Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein größerer Parkplatz. Wenn man dort einen Platz gefunden hat, sollte man am besten nicht mehr wegfahren!!! Es gibt einen !! Kiosk, wo man ein Ticket für die ganze Woche ( 20€) kaufen kann. Dies gilt aber immer nur für einen der Abschnitte A, B oder C. Daher sollte man es nur kaufen, wenn man das Auto wirklich stehen lassen will. Ansonsten wäre ein Tagesticket (8€) angebracht.
