Our approximately 90 m² apartment has a cozy bedroom, which is ideal for 2 people. The oversized entrance offers ideal space for another extra bed. The apartment has a very attractive and cozy salon (living area) with an open fully equipped kitchen. This apartment also has a modern, inviting bathroom with shower. From the open living area you can reach an approximately 20m² sun terrace. The bedroom also has its own somewhat smaller terrace. From every room in the apartment, as well as from the terraces, you have a wonderful panoramic sea view.

The fantastic location of Villa la Vega, with a fantastic panoramic view of the Atlantic and the surrounding area (Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura and Lobos), makes this holiday home so unique.

The Villa la Vega, divided into 4 apartments, is absolutely quiet on the outskirts of Tias, a small village, 5 km above Puerto del Carmen. The comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment has a large salon, very well equipped open kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, wonderfully large bathroom, huge terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. A well-tended, tropical garden surrounds the heated pool, which invites you to swim even in winter. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet who want to see the usual tourist bustle from afar.

Special: To make your vacation as free as possible, we would be happy to reserve a rental car for you. (From airport)

You will be welcomed by us at the airport and we will show you the way to Villa la Vega and your rented apartment.

Hervorragend

Eine kleine aber feine ,familiär geführte Anlage , oberhalb des Städchens Tias . Hier kann man in aller Ruhe , ohne Lärm und Hektik wirklich „die Seele baumeln lassen“. Die hervorragende Betreuung durch die Besitzerin Frau Studer trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei !

Die FeWo ist verkehrstechnisch gut erreichbar, die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Die FeWo ist gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet, stets sauber dank Reinigungsservice. Highlight: Der Pool ist beheizt!! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und unterstützend. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf der Insel kommen wir gerne wieder.

Prachtige locatie aan de rand van een vulkaan

Een heerlijk, ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht aan de rand van een vulkaan. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Prettige ontvangst door de gastvrouw, die voor ons al een auto had geregeld, zodat we binnen een paar minuten klaar waren bij de autoverhuurder. Zij loodste ons ook naar het huis, zodat we er binnen 15 minuten waren. Allemaal heel comfortabel. We hebben, vanuit Villa la Vega, een paar mooie wandelingen gemaakt, direct in de omgeving. Zeer de moeite waard! Kortom, een aanrader als je niet in het toeristische gedeelte van Lanzarote wilt verblijven!
