The cozy apartment in the relaxation house is centrally located in the child-friendly Bensersiel. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a kitchenette and a shower / toilet.

The well-equipped apartment of approx. 48 sqm invites you to relax, comfortably furnished it can accommodate 4 people and possibly a small child. A travel cot is available free of charge on request.

Car parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The large, beautiful communal garden is equipped with a grill, tables and seating so that you can spend beautiful hours there alone or with other guests. Play equipment for the children is also available.

You can easily reach the Kurmittelhaus, the spa gardens and the thermal baths on foot.
The Nordseetherme offers bathing fun, a sauna and a wide range of wellness and fitness options.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach both the town center and the beautiful bathing beach and and the sea water outdoor pool, the harbor and the ferry pier to Langeoog.

If necessary, these are to be paid in cash upon arrival:

Apartment cleaning fee for cleaning before your arrival EUR 49.00.
In addition, a spa fee must be paid to the community on behalf of the community all year round. The amount of this spa contribution varies according to the season and is billed separately on your arrival.
