Beautiful, child-friendly semi-detached house. Playground in the immediate vicinity (directly in the street) Terrace (south side) through cypress hedge as wind and privacy protection with garden furniture, beach chair, grill and handcart. A lockable storage room (1/3 garage size) is located on the side street (Schifferweg), e.g. B. for cleaning your own bicycles and existing handcart. We would also like to use the semi-detached house ourselves with our children, so we are therefore very comfortable and comfortable. 1 parking space for cars right outside the front door. Non smoking apartment (please only smoke outside on the terrace) 1 pet allowed (bookings for more than 1 pet only after consultation with the landlord). WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.

Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV, built-in wardrobe, sideboard (all in white). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (no bunk beds) and built-in closet (all in white), baby cradle + baby bath. Bathroom: washing machine, dryer, shower + toilet and hairdryer, changing mat. Top floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV (paneled in pine and sloping ceilings), built-in closet. In the entire semi-detached house mostly solid / high quality furniture, lamps, windows and doors. Terrace with electric awning.
