Big Kitchen - On Ski Bus Line - Comm Hot Tub

Welcome to the Enclave Townhomes on Spring Valley Drive. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is the perfect place for your family trip to Steamboat Springs.

This cozy home features a large kitchen with high end appliances and everything you need to prepare your family meals. The large dining table has room for everyone to eat and enjoy, you won't feel cramped into a tiny space for meals here. The large living room features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and access to the ground level deck. There is also a half bathroom located on this level for your convenience. There is one parking space in the garage and plenty of room for your gear. There is extra parking just outside the garage for another vehicle.

The layout of this rental feels more like a home with separation of main living areas and bedrooms, so you can put the kids to bed and not have to tip toe around afterwards or if you are the couple that gets up before dawn to do your workout and your friends like to sleep in, everyone will be comfortable here. All the bedrooms are located on the upper level. The main bedroom features a comfortable King bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The hallway bathroom contains a tub/shower combo perfect for the little ones after a day of exploration on the mountain. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk. Pack lighter, the full-size washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The Enclave is a quiet community of townhomes located in the mountain area. The community has a common area hot tub to enjoy and is located just a short walk to a free Steamboat City Bus stop which can whisk you away to the mountain and downtown. In the summer time, enjoy the tranquil walking paths just outside your door and you may see some friendly wildlife as you sip your morning coffee on the deck. We would love to welcome you to the Enclave for your Steamboat family adventures.

Great Townhome 3 Minutes from Ski Resort

The townhouse was amazing. Lots of space to spread out with everything you need to cook or relax and be comfortable. Very convenient to ski slopes. Best part of our visit was the two mother elk and their three babies napping under the pine trees our first morning in the place.

Spacious Townhome

Great location for all of Steamboat's activities. The townhome was even bigger than I thought. Super comfy furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers. I would stay again.

Comfortable home and great location!

We had a great stay! The home was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the mountain for skiers and also just a very short drive into town for shopping and great restaurants. Everything you need is close by. We changed our check in date and they were responsive and quick to reply to help us out. I highly recommend! Thank you for another wonderful trip to Steamboat!

Best Condo Stay!

We have stayed in many rental properties before but never one this well equipped. Every cupboard we opened in the kitchen was followed by a "wow". It was so well stocked and such a welcomed sight! The layout of the unit was perfect and spacious for our family of 6. Will definitely come back.

Great Family Getaway

This property couldn't have been more perfect. It was spacious, clean, and had a very well stocked kitchen. It was very easy to get to the slopes. There's a bus that stops just at the end of the block and only takes a few minutes to get to the base. The bus is free and runs every 15-20 minutes depending on time of day. Communication was excellent, and the place had everything! We will definitely be back.
