We usually stay at a nearby Inn , but it was booked for a wedding. This was perfect. Set on a quiet street that is across from the rail trail and a short walk to the Joppa Flats. A great walk to downtown Newburyport in a historical neighborhood. We shopped, ate at the Grogg, local favorite. The apartment was cozy, clean with all the amenities. My friend and I loved it. Highly recommend

Long weekend in Newburyport

The apartment was perfect for our small family. It was clean and warm (went in winter) and had everything we needed. Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would recommend for 2 couples or small family.

We had a wonderful time!!! The apartment is cute and cozy, the location is a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and waterfront Park and a 10 minute drive to Plum Island. The owners are available and responsive. We all felt welcomed, relaxed and thankful for such a beautiful time away. Thank you Lisa and Pam for a memorable experience.
