We loved staying here! Wonderful location. Well-appointed unit with lots of charm. Everything we needed was there. Easy check-in process; responsive messages from Collin. We'll definitely return.

I stayed with a reunion of my older friends choose this location because it is in the center of everything walkable to all activities.. my only feedback is to remind people that there are a lot of stairs to climb , and parking situation can be a hassle …metered or garage.. host was very quick to answer any questions and place was very clean and had all amenities… we would recommend this place for a younger aged because of the stairs.. a 3rd floor walkup..

Perfect location right in the middle of downtown Newburyport. Apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Host was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

The location was right downtown. It could not be better situated for shopping and restaurants.We did need to inform the property manager about the cleanliness of the deck and a question regarding kitchen equipment, but they did respond quickly. There is a children’s play area out the back of property that can get rather noisy during the day.
