Ocean View Owners Unit in 4 Star Wyndham Resort

The boutique-hotel ambiance of the Royal Garden Hotel combined with the Hawaiian tropical setting provides the ideal atmosphere for your vacation, business trip, or long-term stay!

BrooksBeachVacations has added a California king-size Bed and a 65" inch wall-mounted smart TV.

There are 2 comfortable swivel chairs for watching TV a small table, and 2 chairs.

We have 3 units in this building ( 1803, 1805 & 2003).

The hotel/condo was built in 1977 by the Japanese, during a time when money was no object. The primary building materials are marble and gold leaf.

The room is a good size, much larger than a hotel room, you will be very comfortable. The view is from the 18th floor and in one direction you see the mountains in the other the Pacific Ocean straight ahead is Diamond Head.

This Unit has a California King Size bed as do our other 2 units in the building. The view is on the much preferred Diamond Head side of the Building, which has an Ocean view towards Diamond Head. This side of the Building has a much better view towards the Ocean and Pacific Trade winds come straight in the Large lanai door.

You have 24-hour valet parking at $50/day. There is free parking along the canal at the end of the block if you can find a space or in the neighborhood on the other side of the canal.

The condo is adjacent to De Russey Park, and De Russey Park Beach. This is a very nice area where the 'Beautiful People' go. There are also free tennis courts in the park with night lighting.

It is a short walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace, or the Sheraton Mona Surfrider; but it is also very, very, nice to return to the quiet of this condo at the Royal Garden and get away from all the hoi polloi, and crowds of tourists, and children. So you get the best of all worlds within a five-minute walk.

The world-famous Ala Mona shopping center is also nearby. The bus stop is 1/2 block away. There is no need for a car. This luxury condo is much nicer than a hotel room.

'The apartment is very lovely, and the chandelier is so elegant. It is quite roomy, very comfortable, functionally equipped, and quiet. It is well situated, close to the central park, the beach, and all the attractions, with a reliable bus service to and from the airport. The shops include Prada, Burberry, Ives Saint Laurent, etc. There are plenty of restaurants. If you need any help in deciding what to do the staff can make recommendations. Why stay in a hotel, this luxury condo is nicer, at a much lower price. This condo is central to all the fun, but away from the crowds of tourists.

We fell in love with this building when we walked in the marble lobby. It was like walking in to a fine hotel in New York or London. We had looked at many properties in Waikiki but this put them all to shame. We felt like we were living in the Hilton which is only a few blocks away. The unit had a similar view but was much larger that the $400 plus per night room we had at the Hilton. We liked it so much we bought 3 units for retirement. Two are next door to each other with the idea of connecting them one day. For now we have 3 kids and live in San Diego, but one day this will be our home.

Why they chose this property

We love Waikiki. My wife and I came here on a trip to Australia in College. I am from Australia and have never been to Hawaii and she is from Pennsylvania. We rode scooters all over the island and loved it. We knew we would be back one day and now we have a plan.

What makes this property unique

The staff in this 4 star Hotel are like family. If you ever need anything just ask and they are always so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the Sauna.. Shopping and the best Food and markets are all right outside the door.
