Located in the Peak 7 neighborhood- convenient, yet tranquil. This house is great for families and friends looking for a mountain feel while still being close to Breck amenities. The stone and wood finishes give the house a cozy feel while the 3-level floor plan offers space and privacy. All four sleeping areas have a private bathroom.

This area is located on the north side of Breckenridge. It is a 5 minute drive from Broken Compass Brewery (dogs allowed) and one of the best restaurants in Breckenridge, The Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

PLEASE NOTE:

> There is no air conditioning. (Most places in our area do not have it!)
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft.
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> While we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. The only pets we allow are dogs and unfortunately cannot allow any other pets of any kind.
> The house does not have a landline.
> The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
> The house has an occupancy limit of 10 and parking limit of 4 cars. The garage is a two car garage for guest use. Any additional cars will need to be parked outside.
> This property is part of a duplex.
> The minimum age to rent is 25.

Great Mountain Location

We stayed here with some friends from India and they had never seen snow. We had a great time, lots of room to hang out and talk and even got them playing in the snow!

Great Breckenridge Home for Families

This home has everything you need - well stocked kitchen and lots of spaces for family to be together and large bedrooms for privacy. Very clean. The bathrooms are very spacious. The closet space is amazing. Jesse was very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. We would stay here again.

The house was nice, well stocked and in good enough condition. On the main page it says no sheets - which is incorrect there were sheets, but the manager did not respond to my text message asking for clarification before we arrived, in fact never answered at all. Furniture in living areas was a tad worn, and not in the best condition.

Family vacation

My wife and I like to rent a nice place for the family to meet at. This rental was ideal for us. Jesse the property manager was very helpful and responsive. All of our needs were met and everyone enjoyed their time in Breckenridge.
