About this property
Casita with Private Hot Tub Near Santa Fe Plaza
Just a short walk from the historic heart of Santa Fe, our casita blends adobe charm with modern luxury. Nestled on Guadalupe Street, less than five minutes from the Plaza, this one-bedroom retreat features a plush king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining space, and an inviting living room. Outside, unwind in your private hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine beneath the stars on your expansive, enclosed patio.
The space offers everything you need to relax after a day of exploring—whether that means hiking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, skiing at nearby resorts, strolling Canyon Road’s galleries, or browsing artisanal markets.
Your Day at the Casita
Wake up to a crisp mountain breeze. Sip coffee on the patio before wandering into town for breakfast burritos and local art. Spend the afternoon hiking, shopping, or simply soaking in the history of one of the oldest cities in the U.S. Return home, toss something on the grill or dine out at one of the city’s world-class restaurants. Then end your night in the hot tub, gazing at stars that seem close enough to touch.
Is This the Right Stay for You?
Our casita is a favorite among two types of guests:
• Outdoor lovers—hikers, skiers, trail runners—who want the wilderness by day and luxury by night.
• Culture seekers—art collectors, shoppers, foodies—who want proximity to galleries, boutiques, museums, and some of the best restaurants in the Southwest.
It’s especially popular with couples celebrating anniversaries or romantic getaways, as well as small friend groups or solo travelers looking for peace and privacy without sacrificing location. And yes—it’s dog-friendly. So if your four-legged friend loves long hikes or curling up by the fire as much as you do, they’re welcome here too.
Included Amenities:
• Private 5-person hot tub
• Fast Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming
• Off-street parking
• Full kitchen with modern appliances
• Washer and dryer
• Dog-friendly (please notify us ahead of time)
Whether you’re visiting for the snow, the sunsets, or the Santa Fe spirit—this casita puts it all within reach.

About the host
Hosted by Peter Aiello

When we first decided to open our homes to travelers, we made a simple promise to ourselves: never offer a place we wouldn’t stay in. That’s not a slogan—it’s how we actually do it. Every home we list, we live in first. We sleep in the beds, cook in the kitchens, shower in the bathrooms, and spend time in the spaces just like you will. We don’t guess what makes a great stay—we experience it.
Each of our properties is designed to feel like a story. Some are cozy and romantic, others are bright and open, and every single one reflects the personality of its neighborhood. We want guests to feel like they’ve stepped into something special, not just another box on a booking site.
We’ve been hosting for years and have welcomed hundreds of guests across multiple cities. Before hosting, we produced live theater in Los Angeles and managed long-term rentals, so hospitality and presentation have always been at the heart of what we do.
Peter’s a fast-talking, opinionated New Yorker. Veronica’s a calm, thoughtful California native. Somehow, it works. We met online in 2013, and we’ve been together ever since. Now we live in the San Fernando Valley with our three dogs—Delilah, Henry, and Norman—who run the house and pretend we work for them.
We take pride in creating spaces that feel warm, cared for, and truly guest-ready. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a month, our goal is to give you the kind of comfort and care we’d want for ourselves.
Thanks for considering one of our homes—we’d love to have you.

What makes this property unique
Santa Fe has no shortage of rentals with charming Southwestern décor—but what sets this casita apart is how much more you get beyond the aesthetic.
For starters, the location. You’re not tucked away miles from town—you’re literally a five-minute walk to the Plaza. That kind of access, especially in Santa Fe’s historic district, is rare. Most places this close don’t offer the space, privacy, or amenities that ours does.
Second, the outdoor living space. This casita has a huge, fully fenced patio that feels like its own private retreat. There’s a 5-person hot tub, a full outdoor dining area, a barbecue grill, and more than enough space to unwind under the stars.
Inside, it’s fully updated with smart home features like a Nest thermostat, smart lighting, high-speed WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. There’s also a washer and dryer—something most hotels and smaller rentals can’t offer.
Oh, and let’s not forget one more thing that makes this casita unique: value. To get this mix of space, amenities, and location at a resort, you’d be paying double—and you still wouldn’t have the location, privacy, personality, or flexibility you’ll find here.
