Your vacation starts the minute you begin your memorable drive around the lake, 180 degree vistas of the central Rocky Mountains, a vast gorgeously clear lake, and all things big trees and wildlife. Your home sits on Arrow Point, a coveted destination as you are very near WorldMark Condos and down the hill from Gozzer. Max 6 adults, perfect mix is 4 adults and 6 kids.

The Space:
Upper Deck - Follow the bridge to the upper deck and sit among the trees enjoying some yoga, reading, peace and quiet abound. Wrap around deck has a fire table and BBQ.

Waterfront access via a paved trail down to the boat house and lower deck Boat house has life jackets, kayaks, and paddle boards for guest use. Dock is able to hold two boats maximum, put in at Mineral Ridge Boat launch and store your trailer in the garage.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. Stunning views and peaceful location - with several negative issues

My husband and I are in our 50's with a teenage daughter and are from Texas. Our parents (father with Parkinson's) flew in from Virginia to join us for a week. Disappointed upon arrival to find out basement area for additional beds/bathroom only accessible by going outside and around house and needs key to access (not ideal for 14 year old daughter.) Listing says to bring your favorite K-cups as Keurig K-cup coffee maker available. There were only ground coffee filters and carafe coffee maker upstairs and downstairs. - Make sure you clarify prior to grocery shopping for your stay. The view begs you to be outside enjoying the sounds of the lake and the views of the surroundings. My family would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather but unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs on the deck. There are some high bar-type chairs available but my in laws were unable to get up on them and I cannot sit comfortably on them due to the height of them/hard surface of the chair. House needs a deep-clean cleaning service came back to house for re-clean of toilet and other issues. One of the issues was dirty floor. Floor was mopped and not swept prior to leaving a pile of dirt/hair behind for us to clean up on the first day. Light-colored berber carpet on stairs filthy due to dirty floors. Carpet needs to be replaced. This was all shared with David via text. Owners of the home should be aware of housekeeping/other issues that could be easily remedied.
