About this property

Welcome to our first class lakefront property on Neachun Bay! This luxurious home offers 180-degree views of Lake Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding landscape. A vacation getaway with 4 bed, 3 bath. A separate, private entrance below the main level has the 4th bedroom, a full bathroom and additional living room with a pull out couch. The main level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms including a deep soaker tub. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area and living room. Just out the French doors is a wrap-around deck with privacy drop down curtains where you can relax around the gas fireplace with your family and friends, enjoy board games or have a BBQ. Outside down the stairs to the other part of the home is the fourth bedroom, full bathroom and another living room area with a pull out couch. There is another deck with table seating and even an outdoor shower. Come enjoy this little piece of heaven on the lake!

For those seeking adventure on the lake, we provide two kayaks, lifejackets, water skis, a tube for boating, a large floating party pad, air pump, a cooler and more. The trail down to the water is pretty steep so please be cautious. There is also a dirt road just a block down if you'd like to access the water that way. Come summer '24 there will be steps near the end of the trail.

Lake access by dock - launch your boat in Coeur d'Alene and keep your jet skis or boat trailer in the private driveway. Just one mile up the road is Hutton's General Store which by water, is right across the bay from the home. Boat to restaurants on the lake or downtown Coeur d'Alene and Harrison. Restaurants close that we love are Gateway Café & One Shot Charlies. You can boat or drive to Gozzer Ranch, Carlin Bay, there are many more areas close by to explore. There is even a zip line (Timberline Adventures) halfway back to town and another boat ramp just a few miles away at Mineral ridge.
There are no cameras inside the home. There is one camera outside by the front door for your safety.

3 Couples Coeur d’Alene

This is a lovely property and we were comfortable there. However: the lower level had not been cleaned and I had to call to report that, however it was taken care of promptly. The previous tenants had not removed their trash from the premises, I had to call twice before that problem was addressed. There was no propane for the lower, outdoor fire pit and the propane ran out for the balcony fire pit. I called and requested refills, but there was no response.

Harrison lake house

The house was very nice. It is located out from the town but is quiet. I would say kitchen utensils/ cooking items need to be expanded. Appliances were good, The internet did not work well for us. My husband worked remotely and it was a problem and steaming Netflix at night would freeze multiple times. The property managers were very responsive and called the internet company but still not great. The boat dock was great and we had a boat delivered. Only complaint is the last 10-15 ft down to road to dock was very steep and slippery without stairs or a railing. I was told coming in the fall. Overall a good house. Would be fantastic if above items corrected which I believe will happen. AC and beds great.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was high class and so are the furnishings. Very pleased with everything. Beautiful view and location. I do not have any complaints. All good.

Excellent property amd location on the lake

The place was clean, spacious and well kept. The toys in the shed were great for the kiddos. We rented a boat and it was great to park the boat on the property's dock. Also, it was only 15 minutes from the rental dock back to the place. The kitchen was well stocked, which was appreciated. The shades on the deck were great. All in all a great place and we would highly recommend.
