Incredible lake view from two levels of decks. Main level master suite, and French doors that lead to the deck. Open great room is vaulted with wood beams and ceiling. Dining room seats up to ten with lake view and french doors to deck with gas BBQ and patio table seats 4 more. Zonal air conditioning, lets you control two levels. Media room on lower level has 12 foot ceilings and lots of room for your guests to relax with additional cedar deck. Home includes granite countertops, knotty alder cabinets, 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are master suites. 3 Queens, 2 Bunk beds , single over full.

Satellite TV , 2 separate receivers for each floor, DVD movies, Wireless Internet, and 35 x 25 Foot dock (July 1, 2010) , Ping Pong table, (2) Kayaks, Tubes & Rafts for fun on the lake.

This house is only 15 minutes driving distance to Coeur d'Alene, only 5 minutes driving distance to the city of Hayden, easy access and sunshine on your beach all day long. There are no weeds in this part of the lake and a nice private dock. 45 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort, offering outdoor activities for all ages.

Absolutely beautiful!

We loved our stay. The house was clean, the location was wonderful. The lake was perfect for us paddle boarding. We’d definitely stay at this house again.

Family yearly gathering

We had a great stay at this house. Location is perfect for going to Silverwood. We were very happy to be able to use our boat on the lake. Owner was very responsive to questions that came up.

Wonderful lake house

We had an amazing stay! The pictures don't do the house justice. Its close to the boat launch area, close to town and everything you need is right at the house. The house was comfortable for 11 adults and older kids. They loved the paddleboards and kayaks. We are already talking about booking the house again for next summer!

Summer family holiday

We have been vacationing at the various lakes in Idaho for the past 20 years. Your home was awesome! The accommodations were ideal for our young adult children and their significant others. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the air conditioning (which is not a common feature among lake homes). Thank you for having kayaks and paddle boards available, what a treat!

Beautiful location right on Hayden Lake

We had a wonderful time in this home! The Home provided a nice retreat for our family of 6. We enjoyed the time at the lake, fishing off the dock and kayaking. It was a short drive into CDA, which we took advantage of too. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, as we had a death in the family and needed to adjust our dates.

Had a blast with the family!

This house was perfect for our family reunion! We had people there ages 7 to 80 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The house was beautifully decorated and the views were stunning. We went kayaking, had family ping pong tournaments and lots of fun in the sun on the dock. Thank you Skip for letting us stay at your wonderful lake house... we already planning to return!

Wonderful place for a large family group like ours.

The property is situated for a beautiful view of the lake. There are lots of stairs to get to the boat dock but our party had no problem. We loved the firepit deck and had campfires every night. Accommodations were excellent with everything we needed. Great time had by all!! Ages 13 to 77!! WooHoo!!

We all had a great time. Proximity to Silverwood was perfect. Use of paddle boards & kayaks was a wonderful treat-kids had a blast!!Just surprised that no washcloths, dish washing cloths/scrubber and had a couple dirty dishes in the cupboards. An extra fridge in the garage would have been great.

Amazing!!

The house was amazing! Best outfitted kitchen compared to other places we have stayed. Beds were comfy, bath tubs relaxing and kayaks/paddle boards kept the kids busy! We docked our boat at the house making early morning fishing and sunset cruises easy. The steps were challenging but not an issue for us. On the listing it does say there is a hot tub however it looks like it was removed. We will definitely return!.

INDEPENDENCE WEEK IN HAYDEN LAKE IDAHO

The Hayden Lake area of North Idaho is quite beautiful, the home on the lake we stayed in was excellent for our 3 grown children and 5 grandkids. The stairs can be a little challenging if you’re carrying a child but otherwise not too bad 😊We were unable to view the fireworks show on the lake from where we were located but many of the homes around the lake did an incredible job of celebrating with their own fireworks 👍

Beautiful location on lake

Very nice house with enough rooms for every couple to have privacy. View from the front and decks was amazing. Shared steep driveway was very problematic. Everyone had to move their vehicles in order for anyone, unless you parked at end, to get out. This created some stress.

Wonderful time

We had a fantastic stay. This home is spacious, with very nice finishes and appliances. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. We spent a lot of time fishing and kayaking off the dock. We brought our own poles but fishing poles and three kayaks were available for use. There was no cell coverage but the satellite wifi was adequate for wifi calling, e-mail and to allow the teenagers to stay connected on their phones.

Wonderful Lakeside Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Goree home. The view and lake access was amazing. We swam, kyaked, and fished off the home dock. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We have started an annual family tradition. Thank you!

Great location on lake

House has a great location and is nicely spread out for groups. However we did have a few issues of note for future stays. The driveway is a classic lake entry and is very steep and shared. We found it better to pass the driveway, turn around and come at it straight on. The garage and ping pong table is shared with the rental house next door. We were all ready, went to go play and their was a group of people playing and hanging out, it was a surprise and with no knowledge of shared space, it was awkward. We also had some issues with the toilets backing up, broken glass on the kitchen floor (right when we checked in I got glass in my foot) light bulbs out all over the house (we did contact owner and some were dropped off for us) this was an issue because of the older age of some guests and it gets hard to see the steps etc at night. Overall, the house is great with a beautiful view, close to town and provides a wonderful space to gather family and friends on Hayden Lake.

Beautiful lakehouse

Just as pictured in the listing this lakehouse is just gorgeous! This was my first time renting a house so I wasn’t sure what to expect, we brought our own cooking/serve ware but to our pleasant surprise, none of what we brought was needed as this home has a fully stocked kitchen, and had ample towels/toilet paper and paper towels. The house itself was easy to navigate, and definitely made relaxing on our vacation a very easy thing to achieve. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!!
