The condo has a spacious patio, perfect for guests to plan the day ahead, simply relax and dine, and remote workers to plug in! Guests have full access to the whole unit. There is also a shared children's playground and a resort style swimming pool with a cascade waterfall feature and a shallower kid's area, making it an ideal space for families.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
