Please note that in booking our property that you agree to:

-No parties or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

- 2 Adult Dogs Maximum - Less than 50lbs (Pet Fee Required) - No Puppies

-Show respect to the community. Keep the noise level after 10PM at a minimum.

-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

-A maximum of 14 guests, excluding infants, for your stay.

-Leaving the property in a reasonably clean condition, including removal of trash and taking trash out if staying over on Sunday night.

-Report any damage from your stay prior to check-out.

-A minimum $300 fee will be charged if house rules are not followed and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.

-If a elevator service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.
