Luxury home with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 3 expansive decks, one is private and located off the master suite. This gorgeous home has a view of the stunning CB lake. Your home away from home includes an expansive master suite, High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Game Room with video game table & an enormous and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a 6 person golf cart located on site available for rent. Parking for up to 6 vehicles. EV charger. Come visit 'Our Perfect Spot' for your next family getaway!

We are available to answer your questions via text, email or through Airbnb messages. If you have more immediate needs that require hands on attention, we have someone on the island to assist you with anything you need!

Carolina Beach, also known as pleasure island is a family friendly beach. The island offers many restaurant options including a tiki bar that overlooks the ocean as well as restaurants on the intercoastal. On the south end of the island you can get access to drive on the beach. There is also a ferry that goes over to Southport from the south end of the island. There is a fishing pier at the north end and also appear at Kure beach which is just a few miles away. So much to do on the island such as fishing, live bands, checking out the different restaurants, going to the aquarium at Fort Fisher, enjoying the trails at Carolina Beach State Park and much much more.

We have a golf cart that is available for rent. The golf cart will need to be rented for your entire stay.

Perfect Oasis

This home was lovely. The pictures did no justice. My family and I have stayed at dozens of dozens of places and this tops it by far. The location was amazing. Close to the beach but far enough for quietness. The on property golf cart came in handy with the beach trip. Or store & food runs. The property manager is an absolute delight. She’s so responsive & sweet. The house was clean. The yard was clean. House was so spacious. They have extras from what people leave. The balconies were so pretty. It was just an amazing overall stay. The kids loved it 😊. I will definitely stay here again.

First time family visit

House worked very well for our family. Centrally located in the greater area but a bit more of a walk to the boardwalk with kids than we expected. We had issues with the keyless locks but the property manager did get us access to the lockbox for a physical key. Nice to have access to washer and dryer and would have liked one additional king sized bed upstairs.
