The house was amazing! It was so well stocked. The views were better than I expected. The location was perfect! We especially loved the fire pit and hot tub. We would rent again!

Beautiful property, clean, spacious, and so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Our one issue was that you could not run the dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine. The water pressure for the dishwasher would be too low to clean the dishes.

This was a beautiful home. Very clean and perfect for our ladies tennis team. Melissa was very responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunrise views on the deck. We will rent again!

We had a great time, the home is beautiful and location is perfect! The home was stocked well with kitchen items, linens, towels, and bathroom amenities, beach chairs and more! I’d highly recommend anyone staying here.

Great location! Fully stocked.

House was super stocked with everything we could ever want (kitchen especially so!). Closeness to the beach and boardwalk made it ideal for everyone to come and go as they wished. It was a great time had by all of us (3 adults, 2 20 something’s a teen and a 10 year old)

Good Vibes

Great for family vacation. We had 4 adults & 4 children & there was plenty of space for everyone! Very well stocked with everything for beach & indoor especially the kitchen. The only downside was not enough bath towels...only 1 towel per person!

Nice stay overall

Quick walk to the beach, house was in great condition. View form balconies a bit obstructed by powerlines and the inn in front. There’s an elevator but lots of trips up and down and up and down the stairs.

Beautiful

The home was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Melissa was so helpful and quick to answer questions that I may have had. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, fishing boats, and beach!

We came with family and had the best accommodations! The house had amazing views from the rooftop, the walk to the beach was so easy, boardwalk in walking distance, and Melissa responded to every text within a minute or two! Loved it!

Beautiful, spacious home in great location!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well-appointed home! We were a mixed family of 10 and everyone had their own space. Fantastic location, easy beach access. We also used the pool every day, which the kids loved. Melissa was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place

Love the layout. Kitchen and family toom on top with great views. The fire pit on the balcony is a nice touch. Views out the back too. If u have a room on the back you can see the marina. Everything was in great shape and the host is amazingly responsive and has a nice touch such as a welcome basket and coffee bar. Will definitely be back!!

This home has enough space for the entire family to spend a week together; the location is great and very walkable. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Lots of dishes and cutlery. However, the home needs some maintenance. Vinyl floor in the common space is peeling off; sliding doors to some patios are very hard to open; shower leaking in one of the bedrooms, ….some attention is needed. Some guests complained about not enough bath towels, one per person isn’t enough. Elevator is a little tricky and didn’t always work. Hot tub is under the car port in a corner, a very unattractive location, we used only once. When I booked it said there are 3 bikes to use, but there were none. Plenty of beach chairs though and a wagon. Overall we had a great week and a nice place for all of us to be together. Would book again.

House is clean and about what you expect no surprises just a really nice house with everything you could want. Bed with no bathroom was super comfy and pillows. Great communication. Great AC control on each floor. Elevator has some issues but if you just read the directions inside the elevator you'll get it. Most people don't read the directions. But it was still a learning curve. We had one person get trapped in there and if they had just pressed the button again or re open and close the door it would have opened. Operator error. If it happens to you just remember there is a mechanical release at the top to open the outside door if necessary. If you try to open a door before it is completely done it may cause door to not unlock. Wait until blue light turns white. All kinds of good utensils and cooking equipment. Hot tub was great and pool was really nice we had rain but last day only saw one other party get in the pool out of I think 6 units sharing. Each unit has its own hot tub. Easy walk to the Donuts. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Great House!

The house was amazing, public beach access was just a few steps away. The pool was equally great, we ran into the neighbors a couple times since it's a shared pool, but it's plenty big for everyone. Rooms were all very nice sized and each had a television which was nice for keeping kids occupied. There were plenty of beach and pool toys for the kids, we brought a collapsible wagon to carry gear to the beach which was very helpful. The elevator was very helpful, but you have to be very careful to keep doors closed tight or it won't come when you call it. The property manager was very responsive and replied to any messages within minutes. Overall it was a great experience, I would highly recommend the property!

Nice location, close to the beach and the access to the pool was a bonus. The pool was shared, but it was only shared with a few other places and was very quiet the entire time we were there.
