Check out is promptly at 12PM - you will be charged a late fee for checkouts later than 12:15PM. * Place all used dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
* Do not set the alarm upon exit, we'll arm the system once you've checked out. * Exit home & lock front door. * Please message us when you've left the home and we'll arm the system.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum number of cars per city ordinance is one per sleeping quarters which is 3 in our home. Not allowed to park on the grass.
