The stone villa with private pool exudes Mediterranean charm. Property is in southwest orientation and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the open sea.

The 4-star villa extends over two floors and offers luxurious, beautifully decorated accommodation with high ceilings, bright colors and LED lighting.
The upper floor has a beautiful massive wooden beam ceiling.
The entire accommodation has tiled floors in a wood look.


The villa has a living area of ​​200 m² and a plot of 720 m².
Air conditioning, LED lighting, Wi-Fi direct, satellite TV, private pool, grill, solar shower, dart board and two covered parking spaces available.


Our villa has one of the most beautiful locations with sea views from all rooms and a wonderful sunset is guaranteed.
Very quiet location with a lot of privacy.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped, open kitchen with 4 ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and access to the two terraces.
There is also an LCD TV and a wood-burning stove in the living room for cozy days.
The two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool with a wonderful sea view.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed 180x200 cm.
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed 160x200 cm.
The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet and sink with a large mirror cabinet and shelves that provide plenty of storage space.


The upper floor is a separate apartment with an equally fully equipped and open kitchen with living room and balcony.
LCD TV and Wi-Fi available.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed 180x200 cm, has a balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the open sea and the mountain landscape of Primosten.
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed 160x200 cm.
The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet and sink with a large mirror cabinet and shelves that provide plenty of storage space.

Superschönes Haus in toller Lage

Dieses Haus liegt in hervorragender Lage zwischen Sibenik und Trogir/Split und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Die Altstadt von Primosten ist nur 2.5km weit weg und einfach erreichbar. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines kleinen Abzweigs und ist somit sehr ruhig. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und Viktor&Mara sind sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
