Beach House Joy is a seaside stone villa renovated in 2021 showcasing traditional Mediterranean charm. Bright and spacious, it features a heated pool, gorgeous views and a meticulous garden. Three levels occupy 240 m², two balconies and a terrace facing the sea, a large living area with a corner sofa, fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table seating ten, plus four ensuite bedrooms each with theirown flat screen TV. Authentic BBQ is provided for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor dining area with a view of the harbour.
With four double bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Vinišće is a serene small fishing village with a lovely harbor. From here, Old Town Trogir, the World UNESCO Heritage site, is only 30 minutes away, with Split airport also being just 30 minutes away. Ideal location of the villa makes it only steps away from the beach, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, all the necessary amenities to make your vacationconvenient, comfortable and enjoyable. Welcome to Croatia.
Pool heating available and small boat mooring available free of charge.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.Baby cot available upon request. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The villa is wonderful with great views. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. However towards the end of the season (September) it was quiet and there was often several choices not available. The supermarket is very small with limited fresh meat, fruit and vegetables. If travelling with babies make sure you have nappies or transport as there is nowhere stocking them in Venisce. Fortunately for us our lovely hosts took us to the supermarket in Marina where we could get all that we needed.

Extraordinary journey!

We have just had the most amazing stay at Villa Antini Dvori in the beautiful area of Vinišće Croatia. The area is peaceful with a good amount of bars, restaurants and shops, just a 30 minute drive to Split airport, and around 20 minute to the more bustling place Trogir, which hosts everything needed, we enjoyed hiring a boat from here for the day. The Villa is decorated and equipped to a very high standard, with exceptional cleanliness throughout, With added personal touches, pool towels, bathroom towels, shower gel, kitchen essentials and a lovely welcome gift in the fridge, to name a few. The accommodation is extremely spacious with each bedroom having its own bathroom, balcony and sea views, the morning sunrise is not to be missed! Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, and anything we asked for was done so quickly, with no trouble at all, BBQ gas, booking restaurant tables…… The whole family are so friendly, and enjoyed the daily greeting from Oggy the dog. Superb stay 5**

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

I loved this place. The owners live at the back of the property, they were wonderful hosts, very friendly, helpful, even cooked meals for us when we’d been out for the day. You need beach shoes as the sea has lots of sea urchins. The property is right on the beach and spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Helt underbart hus precis vid stranden. Stort , fräscht och nytt! Pool på tomten, och ute kök med stor grill. Ägarfamiljen som bor i huset intill ger full service och dom är helt fantastiska. Rekommenderas varmt! Familjen Myrbäck
