The Space:

This thoughtfully designed tiny home maximizes comfort in a cozy package. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed with quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a coffee bar, microwave, mini-fridge, and all the essentials for light meal preparation. The living area has a smart TV with streaming apps and comfortable seating. Fast WiFi throughout ensures you can stream, work remotely, or stay connected. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and all amenities. Self check-in via smart lock provides easy, contactless arrival at any hour. A detailed welcome guide with local restaurant picks and neighborhood tips is provided before arrival.

Seminole Heights is one of Tampa's most charming and walkable neighborhoods, known for its tree-lined streets, historic bungalows, and thriving food scene. Walk or drive to local favorites like The Independent, Ichicoro Ramen, and Seminole Heights craft breweries. The Lowry Park Zoo is less than a mile away. Downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and Armature Works are all within a 10-minute drive.



Getting Around:

Tampa International Airport is just 15 minutes away. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino is 11 minutes. Downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk are a 10-minute drive. Easy access to I-275 and I-4 for exploring all of Tampa Bay. Free on-site parking is provided. Rideshare services are readily available throughout the neighborhood.

This is a cozy tiny home — perfect for 1-2 guests or a small family with young children. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. No smoking inside. No parties or events. We welcome longer stays and offer weekly and monthly discounts.

Property is small, clean and kitchen well stocked. It was great for a 4 day stay. One suggestion would be a small table with 2 chairs to eat at would be a great addition.

Short Respite

A great spot for winter escape from New England. Just right for 2 guests. Neighborhood was quiet, place had all the basics we needed, clean & cozy. No issues checking in or out.

Right in the middle of Seminole Heights!

We stayed for Tampa Bay Beer Week & this was a premium location with a plenty of room & economic price point. Excellent communication with the host is also a huge selling point as well as walking or short driving distance to bars, breweries, & restaurants. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Great Place in ever way!!!

It was a work trip, we were 10 min away from work. Great location with people walking dogs, working in yards, no riff raff. Place was clean and stocked for your stay other than food and ice. Nice place outside for my morning cig and coffee at 330 or 4AM. Idk what esle to say it was just a great place and if we have to go back i would go back here.

Best host ever

This host was the nicest guy ever very understanding. My 1st reservation was canceled and the host help me out right away.! Vrbo bad business but the host isn’t. If I ever need a place to stay again I would book again this house.

It was fine

We stayed here for our first two weeks in FL, after moving down from OK. The house is nice, but it’s in an alley in an iffy neighborhood. They allow pets, but there’s no fence so dogs have to be on leashes at all times. It’s a little inconvenient. The owners are good about addressing issues that arise quickly. We had to have someone come over to change light bulbs while we were out of the house, and they ended up lockthe house.
