Thank you, Madeline for your review and sorry to hear that you were warm during the night. July was one of our hottest summers in history and with central air/ heat in the building, plus a ceiling fan and a floor tower fan in your unit goes to show how hard it had been to keep everything cool as we normally do not have complaints about the cooling inside the building, so our apologies. We do our best to accommodate our guests and this summer has really put us all in Florida to the test.

Great location for enjoying historic Ybor and Downtown Tampa! A fifteen minute walk to the trolley was very enjoyable since we also got to visit with the chickens along the way. Accommodations were everything we needed!

Great place to stay before cruising

My husband and I drove to Tampa the day before a cruise and wanted a fun, convenient place to stay. The apartment is located in Ybor City, and very close to restaurants and bars. The apartment was really cute, with nice extras such as coffee, bottled water, even Qtips! We will stay here again.

My stay in ybor!

Clean place, quiet at night, good for one or two people, property manager was good and attentive, tv didn’t work and there wasn’t a place to do laundry, besides that close in proximity to everything to do!!!

Qayyim wèekend

My stay was pleasant. It was a little smaller then I expected. The bathroom was truly small, but very clean. The experience was amazing. I totally loved my experience, this has given me ideal to possibly look into in my city. Overall my stay was Aplus!!!

Cute Microsuite

Property would be great for someone needing a small place to stay within walking distance of prime locations in ybor. Perfect for one person. Property manager was great about early checkin with an additional $25 fee. And super responsive to any messages.
