Peaceful full home in the heart of Southside Flats.

Perfect, exceptional location. A peaceful home located in the heart of the Southside Flats. Far enough back from Carson to be nice and quiet yet close enough to walk two blocks to restaurants, bars, shops and more. The home has been tastefully updated. Relax and enjoy all this property has to offer!

The place may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or children because of the stairs.

The property is a no smoking property.

There is a single bathroom, attached to the master. You can only access the bathroom by going through the master bedroom.

The house features a fully renovated kitchen, dining room and living room. Two bedrooms and a full bath.

This is a traditional Pittsburgh home. There are stairs to access the 2nd floor bedrooms and bathroom. These stairs, although common to Pittsburgh, may be steeper than some guests are accustomed to.

The living and dining areas are located on the first floor.

The piano is not tuned for professional use, but does play fairly well.

All bedding is washed between guests.

Full use of the home. Plus access to the rear garden and patio. Which is shared with the neighbor next door. Private use of the patio and garden can be arranged upon request; thank you for not smoking on the patio (vaping is allowed).

Wonderful property and location. Lots of things to do in easy walking distance and neighborhood felt secure. Property was clean and well maintained. Stairs are a bit steep but it wasn’t a problem, just a surprise. Parking was very easy and we had no problem finding close spots with two cars coming and going for a few days. Highly recommend!!

Location is convenient no issues parking. Nice property , only issue were couch was uncomfortable and not sleepable lack of TV downstairs was a minor inconvenience. Steps leading upstairs are steep. Overall nice property

We had a blast attending Pearl Jam at PPG for 2 different shows. The home was wonderful, perfect for a stay close to PPG. The hosts could not have been quicker to respond, and our entire experience was excellent. Will definitely stay again!

House is as pictured if not a little bigger. Street is cute and quiet and parking was easy/free. Would stay again.Note- steps going upstairs are STEEP. Fine with a normal group but maybe steer clear if traveling with elders or toddlers

Modern home with great location

The house was clean, updated and very affordable. With being just two blocks off Carson St, it is a quiet spot but there were a lot of places within walking distance. It is also an easy drive to Downtown, The Strip, or North Shore areas. The host was very communicative and provided everything we needed and more! Highly recommend for a couple or family visiting town!

Unfortunately, this guest removed some items from our home without our permission. We will review our current photos, which do include pictures of the stairs, to see how we could have those more visible. We will also read thru our description of the home, which lists that the stairs are a little steeper than normal (the houses in most of the neighborhoods in Pittsburgh have steeper staircases) to see if that note can be made more visible as well.
