We had a nice visit. Everything was as expected based on the listing. One complaint is the bedrooms got warm at night, even with the air set on the lower end of the setting and fans on. When reaching out to the host, via text for pool cleaning when we arrived and after hours for a tripped breaker, responses were fast and helpful.

This property had every necessity that was needed for the week. The location is perfect for hitting Bean point Beach. Pool was perfect to enjoy what the house has to offer!

Great Vacation

Amazing property in AMI. We have stayed at many properties on AMI and can’t say enough great things. I grew up on the island and like to come back yearly to visit with family and friends. The property is very well taken care of, clean and has everything you could possibly need. Very close to the beach, great pool and everyone was great with check in. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay, we will be back again next year.

Lovely spotless house

Absolutely beautiful place, in one of the most ideal areas of AMI, the host have gone to great lengths to provide a luxury vacation experience. The house was well equipped and met our needs for a relaxing week at the beach. It's very family friendly. Amazing pool, hot tube and outdoor entertainment area. Plenty of toys for kids. Large table perfect for our group. Sparkly clean. Don't think twice about booking these house.

This place was INCREDIBLE. Would stay 100xs!

Everything was exactly as shown. Our family was more surprised and excited than we thought they’d be. Great place to host a vacation.

We are sorry that Matthew left a poor review because the pool heater broke during his stay as a result of an electrical surge. We tried our best to get it fixed but since it was New Year's Eve it was not possible, so instead we upgraded the guests for free and moved them to a much larger and more expensive house with a working pool heater. Rest assured to future guests that the pool heater at Luxe Island Escape is brand new and working now.
