We truly appreciate your input as it helps us enhance the overall guest experience. We're sorry to hear about the water issue you encountered during your stay. We understand that access to water is crucial, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we have taken steps to address this concern to ensure that future guests won't face similar challenges. In regards to the unclean floors, throw up, dirty linens (towels) and doormats, the unit was left in very bad condition upon your departure. This required several hours of additional cleaning, outside of the standard cleaning covered by the Cleaning Fee paid at the time of booking. Scenarios like this, where guests do not take care of the property in a respectful manner are stipulated in our rules and regulations agreement that is sent to guests upon booking confirmation. Normal wear and tear on properties is to be expected, but excessive damage and unreasonable conditions left behind by guests is not acceptable. Again, we apologize for the water issues, but are happy that we were able to address them by getting more delivered right away. Thanks again for providing us with your feedback about your stay.
