Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing stay (which we all needed) at the Main House. Despite above average temps for Durango, the house was pleasant with fans and portable ACs thoughtfully provided. The house was fully stocked making our stay easy and effortless. The privacy, wildlife, and most of all the views made this a great vacation stay!

Friends on an Epic Bike Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property, the location was a bit of a challenge as it's quite far up a gravel road that was getting somewhat rutted out. The master bedroom was amazing and the 1 other queen bed was nice, but the rest of the sleeping arrangements weren't exactly as expected and 1 friend ended up on the couch. This would be suited for 1 couple in the master, the queen bed would be ok if a second couple is good with tight quarters, but the other beds are really only good for kids who don't care and have healthy young backs. The kitchen was good, very functional, and it was so cool having deer and wild turkeys and other critters come visit.
Response from VrboOwner on 25 October 2024
Hi Leah, Thank you so much for your recent review. Thank you for mentioning that the property was located on beautiful grounds and that you enjoyed the wildlife that visited outside. It sounds like you were able to make the most of the master bedroom and additional queen bed but the floorplan was not what you expected resulting in one person sleeping on the couch.Thank you for your feedback about the gravel road presenting a bit of a challenge for you, I can understand how that may have impacted your stay. We are delighted to hear that you found the kitchen to be well appointed, and functionnal for your group. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we are honored to call you our guests. We look forward to hosting you again for a perfect stay. Kind regards, -Holly
