NEW!Lakefront retreat with huge dock, private cove. Perfect for Clemson Football

This property is beautiful and newly renovated! It is situated on a private cove directly on Lake Hartwell. Either come for relaxation, for the 7 minute drive to Clemson to root for some Clemson Football, or make College visits! The property has a huge dock, sleeps up to 12, and offers many amenities. Day trip to Asheville NC, Charlotte NC, Greenville SC, and various other surrounding areas!

You can enjoy your time indoors relaxing on the screen porch, reading, working on puzzles, playing board games, playing darts or ping pong, or cooking/baking in the fully equipped kitchen. For those that prefer outdoor activites, sit on the dock, take a swim, fish, or spend the day on the paddleboards or kayaks provided; you can pull right up to a number of many beachable areas for a rest, swim, or nice picnic.

Please note, all renters will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a national photo ID. No pets, and no renter under the age of 26. Your rental will be terminated immediately if you are found to be in violation of these terms.

Love visiting Clemson every summer to enjoy the lake and area. Location was great, boat access was perfect and close to Clemson. The driveway is definitely a challenge, but house was wonderful, everything we needed and well stocked.

Beautiful property! The driveway is steep so I appreciate the heads up from the owner. We were able to explore Clemson and have a private space to do lake activities. The one thing I will mention is the amount of spider webs. Y'all may want to keep an eye on how many pop up around the back.

Great location and great stay!

It is a great waterfront property and is very close to Clemson for games. I would highly recommend and would book it again. Check in process was very easy and Matt responded quickly. The driveway is very steep, I recommend you heed the warning of high profile vehicles only.

Great location, had plenty of room for us and the lake access was amazing. Grandkids love the dock to jump off and swim. We had everything we needed in the house. A lot of items were furnished in bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom had an awesome bed. We will consider coming back here. We do annual family trip. I usually do a VRBO trip 3 times a year and this was a good stay. Highly recommend. Thanks

Great getaway - perfect distance from Clemson U

Stayed for the week while my son went to Clemson ⚽️ camp. We were in a quiet area on the lake yet minutes from campus. We enjoyed kayaking from our backyard, several day trips to nearby waterfalls and a day of shopping in Greenville. Great stay (all the little conveniences like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and more) with great owners who were super friendly and quick to respond!

Week long fun on the lake!

Our family had an amazing relaxing week, we swam, fished, lounged at the dock. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck and the screened in porch! Had the best time playing corn hole and ping pong. There are plenty of games and puzzles even a Pac-Man set up!

What a great house ! Well kept, lots of space, well stocked kitchen, lots to do. Beautiful spot on the lake, so the kids paddle boarded off the dock every day. The house is loaded with games and puzzles. Very convenient to Clemson. And Matt is an awesome host - always reaching out to ensure that everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting this house again in the future.

Great spot for family - close to Clemson campus

We were attending at Clemson football game with family- our sons, daughters in law and grandchildren. House was well stocked with games for the kids, life jackets etc to go in the lake. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Location is fantastic- close but quiet & peaceful. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep.

Convenient to campus

We stayed here for parents weekend with friends. The location was very convenient to campus and the stadium - only 5-10 mins away. Property was clean and communication with owner was very good. It is accurately described in the listing and in the overview material for the house, but the driveway is very steep and a bit challenging to navigate, but again that was all disclosed upfront. Overall we enjoyed the house and convenience to events on campus.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the lake house. It was perfect for our family. Entertainment for everyone! Enough space to spread out and plenty of room to gather. No detail was overlooked, there were lots of extra touches throughout the house, the stocked coffee bar and toiletries in the bathrooms were appreciated. The hosts were friendly and attentive. We will definetly visit the lake house again!

Great Lake House

Great Lake house big enough for the whole family. Basement area was perfect for our grown kids and teens to hang out. Dock was excellent. Kayaks and paddle boards were a hit. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need. House was clean. The beds were comfy. Great communication from owners. 5 stars all the way. No complaints at all.
