The condo is steps from the sand - so pack plenty of swimsuits and flip-flops - and offers a lovely view of the Gulf and complex pool from both private balconies. When you’re ready to explore, you’re an easy walk to several of Hwy. 30A’s best restaurants and cafés, or hop on your bike and explore via the Timpoochee Trail.

At home, you’ll love the main floor’s open layout and abundant natural light. Whip up your favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then dine together at the large, adjacent table. Spend the evening relaxing in the central AC while you watch a little TV, or step back out to the balcony for a sundowner on the comfortable couch. Keep dinner simple on one of the complex’s shared charcoal grills or spend a night on the town - another perfect Santa Rosa Beach day awaits tomorrow.

Great Beach Getaway

We loved staying in this condo! Pros: easy beach access, lots of space, loved having two balconies, large kitchen! It is a second-floor condo so be aware that you are climbing stairs to get into the space and then another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, we got our exercise :) But good to know if you aren't able to tolerate stairs well! Close to Seaside and all the fun restaurants!

Went on a best friends trip during spring break. The location of the condo is very convenient and it was a quieter area of the beach which we enjoyed.
