Beautiful villa with private pool only 1 km from the beach

This modern villa can accommodate up to 6 people in total - making it ideal for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. The beautifully furnished villa extends over two floors - on the ground floor there is a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom. From the two bedrooms there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and the landscape. Outside there is a barbecue next to the pool - or you can simply relax on the comfortable deckchairs!
From the property to the beach is 1 km and the distance to the centre is 100 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 30 metres from the holiday property. In 300 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Gute Lage bei Medulin. Alles mit dem PKW in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Das Objekt selbst lädt zum Verweilen ein, der Pool ist das Highlight :)
