Unit #1705, TOP FLOOR- 17th floor



***(Updated Mar 1 2026) Please note, there is renovation work being done currently to the building, including some blocked parking for cleaning the exterior of the building.

Emerald Isle began a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of the building’s vertical transportation system August 2025. This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work (Aug 2025- Winter & possibly Spring of 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Guests receive a gate code for entry to the property and access to the private parking lot. The condo also has its own private entrance with a unique guest code for easy, secure access. Our office is located just one block away, so we’re always nearby if guests need anything during their stay. 🌴

Emerald Isle sits in a prime location on Pensacola Beach and offers a gated property designed for comfort and peace of mind. Guests are provided with entry codes for both the gate and the building, creating a secure and private environment throughout their stay.



The resort offers excellent amenities for guests of all ages, including two outdoor swimming pools and a relaxing hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts while away from home.

Top Floor Beach Spectacular Views

I would absolutely stay here again. This condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very tastefully decorated, clean, and on the top floor. Be ready to have your codes available; the place is very locked down, which made us feel very safe. Beach Bum BB promptly responded to our issues, and everyone was super friendly. Some pans could be upgraded or prepare to have parchment paper or foil on hand so items do not stick. The blinds are rather hard to get up and down, and I would suggest the curtains be made easier to open and close due to how high they are. Overall, the excellent view and tasteful decor made those tiny issues unimportant.

The place we stayed was nice, but it was hard finding the correct person to talk to and I just kept getting transferred back and fourth. The rooms looked bigger in the pictures. Listed as no smoking, but couldnt enjoy the balcony due to people smoking. There was a constant whistling coming from the outside patio doors and a strobing outlet that I am pretty sure was a firehazard. The amenities left were very generous and lasted out stay. They even left tide pods which was awesome.

Birthday and Valentine Vacation

We came to Pensacola Beach to celebrate a birthday and Valentine’s Day. Upon arrival the condo location was easy to find. Being inside a locked gate parking lot gave us added reassurance of vehicle security at night. The room was over and above all expectations. Very clean and comfy and also having all amenities provided was helpful for less packing on a week stay. Loved the view of the water at night to see boats and people walking by. Liked the ease of accessing the beach with a private boardwalk. We saw a total of 14 dolphins over 2 days time. One in late afternoon and the next morning around 7:30am. Not sure if it was the same pod or all different. Still exciting to witness from our balcony. We met some very nice people staying next door. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We look forward to futures visits and will consider Emerald Isle if available when we make our reservations.

The condo was nice, view was amazing. A few repairs were needed and were done quickly. However, the property/building was under construction inside and out, which was loud and inconvenient, and there was only one working elevator. It was spring break, so we had to all cram into it. Very high winds resulted in the pool door being closed off, because the wind whistled through the elevator shaft. This left only one exit in the lobby. Fire hazard? The 175th floor elevator codes were a pain. Also, we got locked out of the parking lot in the evening (and building access) because the codes stopped working. Texted and called the two phone numbers that I had received messages from the property managers, but got no response after hours. Because we couldn’t get onto the property, my husband had to scale the fence to open the gate and ended up hurting himself. Then we were able to talk with the security guard who helped us get our car into the lot. Finally heard from the property manager the next morning and she indicated that I should’ve used the 844 number for 24 hour assistance, not the two numbers I received texts from, which was very confusing.

This place was beautiful with a great view. It was my youngest first time to the beach and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for them to enjoy it. The location was perfect and it was great that it ended up being Blue Angel weekend. We got to enjoy the show right from our balcony.
