Wonderful finca with private heated pool

This villa is located in a perfect location in a small place Vinkuran not far from Pula, Banjole and Pješcana Uvala. Beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes. The villa is modernly furnished and fully equipped for a family with children - an outdoor trampoline is available on a beautifully maintained lawn and there is a children's playground, basketball and volleyball court near the villa. Approximately one thousand square meters of outdoor space also includes a private pool (to be completed in spring 2018) and an outdoor grill with a covered seating area. Besides the beautiful summer days you will spend in this villa, you can also visit it on colder days, as the pool can warm up (extra charge 100 euros/week) and the underfloor heating will make your stay more comfortable!
From the object to the beach is 500 meters and the distance to the center is 750 meters. The nearest grocery store is 350 meters from the vacation property. In 750 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

zum Wohlfühlen

Der Urlaub war sehr sehr schön und Sanja und ihr Mann Sascha waren überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die durchweg hilfsbereite und freundliche Kommunikation auch mit Ihnen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder nach Kroatien in die Gegend.

Schöne Zeit

Wir waren zu neunt in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Innenausstattung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich, vor allem die Couch im Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Außenbereich – perfekt zum Zusammensitzen und Grillen. Alles war sehr sauber, und die gut ausgestattete Küche sowie der große Kühlschrank haben das Kochen angenehm gemacht. Super praktisch war auch der Lebensmittelladen direkt gegenüber. Die vier WCs waren bei unserer Gruppengröße echt ein Pluspunkt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab etwas zu wenig Bettdecken. Trotzdem können wir das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Riesiger Pool

Wir waren 6 Personen, aber es wäre reichlich Platz für 3 weitere Personen gewesen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt & die Vermieter waren super nett & immer erreichbar. Bei 6 Personen waren die 3 Badezimmer auch von Vorteil. Der Außenbereich ist auch ein Traum mit riesigem Pool.

Ein toller Pool sorgt für die notwendige Abkühlung. Mehrere schöne Außensitze erlauben eine erholsame Zeit. Der Außengrill ist toll durchdacht, so dass das Grillen auch jede Menge Spass macht.

Erstmal herzlichen Dank für die super Abwicklung unserer Buchung. Und die Tipps in der gebuchten Urlaubsregion. Danke das wir auch früher in unser Urlaubsdomizil ohne Aufpreis anreisen durften. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend funktioniert, Vermieterin hatte schon auf uns gewartet. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und super sauber, ebenso die komplette Außenanlage und der herrliche Pool. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Haus selbst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden diese Ferienhaus als 5 Sterne kategorisieren . Würden sofort immer wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Ganz dickes Lob.
