The listed Villa Granitz in Strandstraße 10 in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren was built around 1900 and is a gem of an Art Nouveau villa with bathroom style elements. The villa is surrounded by a rose-lavender garden and a lawn with old trees and play equipment. The apartments Dornbusch and Kap Arkona are on the ground floor and are both non-smoking apartments.   In the neighboring house there is a free underground parking space, a bicycle storage room and a coin operated washing machine and dryer. Pets are not allowed here.
