It is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, great restaurants, and freeway access.

The home's open floor plan with Arizona room, kitchen, dining room, living room, and entry are light, spacious, and perfect for entertaining. The Mexican Saltillo tile flooring along with Mexican tile counter tops, back splash, and bathrooms add charm and style to the decor. Winter 2023

Had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were prefect for us. Although the place is a little older, it had everything we needed for our stay. The new back patio is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the golf course. The owners were very easy to reach and receptive when needed. We will be back next year.

Three star home in five star location

Comfortable 3-star house in a 5-star location in one of the original 1960s Green Valley developments. Property needs some TLC. Close and walkable to GVR Rec Center (purchase tenant card to use), Farmers' Market, and local restaurants. Owners seem receptive to maintenance needs. Wonderful Arizona Room looks out at golf course & Santa Rita Mtns.

Abrego home on Haven GC

Very pleasant and accommodating owner and house manager! Beautiful and peaceful , very well equipped comfortable home away from home. Could not ask for a better experience for enjoying a great Arizona winter!! The Green Valley Recreation offers everything you can imagine, if you get bored here it’s your own fault. I would highly recommend this rental to my friends!

Property needs work

Hard to beat the location. Beautiful views from the golf course, but located on a fairly busy road that you have to back out on. The property definitely needs some work. There are a number of things that have been neglected for quite a while. Window blinds in the Arizona room don't all operate, the window caulking is falling out, none of the seven solar lights work, the driveway was so dirty I borrowed a power washer to clean it, the yard had not been cleaned up until after we arrived and I complained, the barbecue grill was filthy, wireless speakers for the TV/Bluetooth player were there but not hooked up, garden hoses were so dried up, you could hardly use them. Worst of all, and I would hope that the owner has since fixed the problem was the hot water heater had been leaking for a long time and that water caused mold to grow on any inside wall of the master bedroom. We had to check out early because we got sick from the mold. Other than those problems, you would be hard pressed to find better views from the backyard any where in Green Valley.
