Detached holiday home for 5 people with garden and terrace
Detached bungalow with a fantastic view over the village of Nikiti to the sea.
The house is approx. 75 square meters, has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly installed bathroom.
It is about 1200 meters from the 7 km long fine sandy beach, in the so-called "old village" Nikiti with its traditional stone houses and winding streets.
A twelve sea long veranda on a natural plot awaits you.
The former stone sheepfold was lovingly converted by a German artist into a modern, tasteful holiday home with an open wooden roof structure. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the corner terrace.
The house is situated above the old village of Nikiti on a hill with a fantastic view of the listed village and the sea. When the weather is clear, you are fascinated by a view over Kassandra to Mount Olympus.
You enjoy the peace and in no time at the beach promenade with restaurants, bars and shops.
The infrastructure of the village is very good, which is why the bungalow is suitable in all seasons.
There are picturesque beaches in the area and hiking is very popular in the off-season. Contact with a weekly hiking group can be arranged.
The owner, who lives on site, offers a free tour of beaches and traditional taverns for longer visits. A trip to Thessaloniki with great shopping, museums and hidden little Greek taverns can also be arranged on request.
