Scenic Angelina Forest retreat with Lake Sam Rayburn access for fishing. Enjoy relaxing afternoons on the oversized deck as well as walking, boating, and fishing. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen open to the large living room and dining room. Peekaboo view of the magnificent Lake Sam Rayburn.
3 minutes to the popular Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp, 5 minutes to Zavalla & 2 minute walk to the lake (no motor vehicles).
In front of Kervins RV Park, right on 147. One of the best locations in the area!
The space
Follow the trail next to the back of the house to get to the lake.
Guest access
2 closets are locked as well as utility room but guests have access to entire rest of the house.
Other things to note
Use the Cassels-Boykins boat ramp and bring your boat around to the cove backing up to Kervins Park for easy access during your stay.
