The home features a spacious first-florr primary suite, plus a private second- floor suite and loft - giving guests plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay.
At the heart of the hime is fully equipped modern gourmet kitchen with new appliances, craft ice and a dedicated coffee bar. Smart TVs throughout the home make it was to unwind after a day at the course or exploring everything Pinehurst has to offer. Thoughtfully renovated and comfortably appointed, Pinehurst Perfection combines the conveniences of home with an ideal location for experiencing one of the country's most celebrated golf destinations.
Security: For the safety and security of our guests and property; an exterior doorbell camera monitors the front entrance area only while the property is unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

1. Please place all dishes in the dish washer and set to wash prior to your departure. 2. Empty and dispose of used food items in the refrigerator. 3. Please leave the beds unmade.

4. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor. 5. Turn off all lights. 6. Leave all blinds closed. 7. Please take out the trash from the bathrooms and the kitchen to garbage dumpster.

8.Make sure there is no active fire in the fireplace before leaving the property. Make sure to open the flue before starting a fire and close it after the fire has been put out. Clean after each use.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
