This home is absolutely stunning. Extremely spacious and well appointed. Our whole fs ily enjoyed the space it we all felt like were weee staying in our own private suites. Very close walking distance to all that River street has to offer. The City is a short walk away as well as many restaurants on River street and shopping and dining on Broughton. This will be one we try to rent for every special occasion in Savannah.

Stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday weekend. It was superb! Beautiful place to stay, close to everything, no issues at all. Definitely would stay here again for a weekend in Savannah!

The stay was not as comfortable as I would have liked, there were people walking up and down the road all times of the night. The dumpsters in the ally way were very loud, loading and unloading. The smell from the restaurant downstairs was very strong also. Some of the doors to the rooms were not clean. I give it a 3 out of 5 because of the noise and cleanliness.

I'm sorry to see a 3-star review for such an amazing home and location!! This home is in the HEART of downtown and most people would know that IN THE CITY there is CITY noise. We can't control people on city streets or dumpsters being emptied. This is part of city living. As for the door the guest referred to: our housekeeper did miss cleaning it. But to be fair to her, it is a very heavy sliding door that is RARELY used. But she has since cleaned the hand prints off. I don't think this warrants a 3-star review either. The smell from the restaurant is RARE. There have only been 2 times in 5 years that guests have noticed any smell whatsoever.

The size and layout of the home was perfect for our ladies MahJongg get together. Room to eat, room to all chat together in living space and 2 games tables that were set up our whole stay. Terrific central location for going out on the town.

This loft is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. There was so much room that everyone had space to themselves and able to enjoy each other in the common areas. You can tell there was so much thought and care put into this comfortable and cozy home. It's in the best place you can be if you want to be near the shops, restaurants, Forsythe & River Street were literally like a 7 min walk. Everything was close by. The owner of the property is very responsive and provided very clear instructions. We definitely would have this spot in our rotation when in Savannah.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really clean,nice and spacious. The location to river street as well as downtown was great. The highlight was we could watched the homecoming prade without going outside.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely gorgeous, HUGE, well-appointed, and very comfortable for our party of six. Great location too! We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and didn’t touch our car all weekend. Our host was kind and responsive, providing quick answers to our questions, and quick support for a problem we experienced with a malfunctioning door lock. Great stay!

Thanks for a 4 star review after you had a bachelor party: which is listed as PROHIBITED in our listing AND the Guest Agreement you signed. These "guys" opened windows to a very busy public street and yelled down at people, hung a sex/blow up doll out the window & attached other sex toys to the walls of our home. I had to call the police and threaten to evict them. Their behavior was beyond juvenile and we DO NOT welcome groups like this!! PARDON THE IMAGERY TO OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS: When the housekeeper entered the home to clean, she found a masturbatory aid STUCK to the wall!! I have pictures of all. These men were ridiculous & LUCKY to not have been evicted.

Great Spot!

This property is extremely spacious and well kept. Fit our group of 10 perfectly. Location is impeccable easy walk to everything we needed to do in downtown Savannah. Would definitely consider staying here our next time in town:

Incredible stay in Savannah
