Been staying in the area for vacation last 5 years and easily the best place I have every stayed the host accommodated every need and made it much easier just to kick back and enjoy the vacation.

We had an amazing time at Pelican Pier. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The home was very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay- and then some. Kathy was awesome and very easy to work with. The pictures do not do this home justice. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to get away and be comfortable in the process.

Pelican Pier was perfect for our family vacation to NOLA. There was a slight issue on Day 1 with the air conditioning, but Kathy was on it and not only called us several hours before our arrival, but already had a plan in place for us to spend one night at a neighboring property while the air was fixed. She was super communicative, and Claudio met us at both properties to make sure we were all set up and taken care of. Besides that, the property is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked with literally anything you could think of and then some. I would highly recommend this property and host for your stay!!

Very kid friendly. Fishing, crabbing, kayaking, games, bunks, large play area, small private beach. Kids had a great time.

These guests are great! They really take care of our property and follow all the house rules such as rinsing and putting away outside amenities after use. And they left the inside so clean that it will be a quick job for the maid service. I really appreciate you starting the laundry for me!

The lake house is fabulous. We had all the amenities you could ever want. Everything was very clean and well supplied. The location was ideal ( 40 minutes to New Orleans and 10 minutes to Slidell). We absolutely loved our stay and we are already planning our next trip.

Family vacation

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. It was absolutely amazing. The weather was great! Fishing off the pier was amazing. So much room and plenty to do. You dont even have to leave the house! We will continue to book every year

Amazing Family Getaway - Perfection

We have stayed at several rentals in this area throught the years and this one is by far our favorite. This property is furnished with anything you might need, they have thought of it all and the pier and dock are the perfect spot for fishing, relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the lake. We will be back and highly recommend the Pelican Pier house.

Great place to stay

This house was fantastic! There were so many amenities provided, and that is honestly what sets this house apart from other VRBO‘s we’ve stayed in. Kathy was very accommodating & helpful with area specific questions we had. We would definitely rebook if we were to visit LA again.
