The Seacastle Building is a prestigious, exclusive, concrete and steel and highly sought-after property at Cresent beach, North Myrtle Beach. Our spacious penthouse unit offers total privacy, floor-to ceiling windows through out and an unobstructed views of the blue ocean…. As you enter the unit, you will be enveloped by 180 degree view of the ocean; it is just you, the ocean and the sky.. ..nothing else will matter!

Do come and relax in this professionally decorated and furnished unit and soak in the sun while enjoying the view of the ocean from various living spaces, bedrooms and the beautiful spacious private balcony. Our home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home. The furniture, mattresses and gadgets are all top of the line. The condo has 3 televisions including a wide screen flat panel HDTV, DVD, 2 VCRs and free wi fi/roadrunner high speed internet access. Sleeping accommodations are king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and a pair of twin beds in third bedroom. The large sofa in the living room can also be fold out for additional sleeping arrangement.

There is an outdoor pool, sauna, kid’s pool, Jacuzzi, and an entertaining area with chaise lounges for taking in the sun on the way to the private beach entrance. There is ample on-site parking in the 3 level covered garage and also on the street level. Grilling, picnic area and bathrooms amenities are available at the poolside.

We will be delighted to have you stay with us and give you the whole scoop on places to go as well as nearby amenities! There are numerous outdoor and indoor activities around the Condo. Take a stroll or rent a cart on the Main Street to browse through various boutiques, home décor or antique shops. The Golden Griddle and Hoskins (a historic restaurant) are local favorites for breakfast and lunch respectively! The area offers over hundred very well manicured golf courses as well as numerous mini golf centers. Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Legends in Concert and Alabama Theater are only 10 minutes from the condo. Palace Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Ripley’s Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach are great nearby attractions -- just to name a few. Great restaurants welcome you all around with a range of prices for every budget. The Condo also has brochures and pamphlets to guide you towards an array of nearby activities.

Want to poke around further? No worry! Beautiful pristine old towns like Georgetown, Southport, Calabash, Wilmington and Pawley’s island are within an hour away --- great towns to stroll through and check out various quaint shops, restuarants and boutiques --- any specialty shop or antique lover’s paradise! Charleston is within a couple of hours drive – perfect for a day long excursion for the more adventurous ones wanting to experience what more the area has to offer! :)

Summer Myrtle beach trip

Truly enjoyed my stay at this condo. Great location and all the amenities you could need for your family. Highly recommend it to small families. We were 7 of us and we did well.

Family beachfront

This was an EXCELLENT location. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we are so glad we chose this area after visiting some of the other areas of Myrtle Beach whike we were there. It was family-friendly and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing. We had a very relaxing stay. We look forward to coming back one day!

Best Views Ever!

Easy to find, looked exactly as pictured, beautiful decorations and the best part was the ceiling to floor view of the ocean!! It was my two daughters first time seeing the ocean and I’m so happy we chose this condo for their stay! We plan to visit NMB and hopefully be able to stay at this exact location again. Also, the beach at the end of July was not very crowded either and close distance to many attractions and restaurants!!

Great ocean views

First visit to Myrtle Beach and using Vrbo. Upon entering the condo, there was oceanfront view from living area and bonus view from master bedroom. Property was very clean and tastefully decorated.Large living area and complete kitchen. Hosts Rob and Sabrina were accessible for additional questions. We were very pleased with our Myrtle Beach vacation.

Girls trip was great! Perfect for the 6 of us. Beautifully decorated cute little condo on the 8th (top) floor of the building. Perfect view of the ocean and we loved the big windows. We had an amazing time. Communication with the owner was top notch. Would definitely be back.

The condo was well furnished and spacious with absolute breath taking views. The building that the condo is located in is one of the smaller buildings which is great since that makes the beach area not crowded at all. Our only complaint is that the dryer didn't work very well. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great location! Sabrina was very responsive as a hostess. The views were stunning. The mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced. The unit overall could use a deep clean. The balcony view and privacy on the beach is amazing. I would gladly go back again!

The condo was clean, very nice setup, and had an amazing view of the beach. The only issue I had was that there was no hot water from Friday until we left on Sunday. I called and reported the problem but no one called back or came.

I've got to admit I was disappointed at the condition of the unit. Spacious and breath taking view, for sure. But the unit was dated and dirty. There were rugs on top of rugs, stains everywhere and just older than I expected given the location and cost. The dryer vent kept falling out, the vent in the bathroom didn't work and there was too much furniture and clutter.

Definitely not impressed

Blinds were missing, sheets didn’t fit the beds we had to locate them and make it ourselves. It is definitely out dated and wasn’t very clean. When we were cleaning before we left on the carpets that we swept under was badly stained looked like urine stains. With what we paid I was not impressed at all. Will not go back. The only good thing is that it is a large unit.

Welcome back to the 80’s

Unfortunately, our vacation and experience in this unit did not come anywhere near our expectations. While the view was beautiful, this rental had gone way beyond nostalgic to worn out and gross. Everything from the bedspreads, carpets, patio furniture and kitchen pans were original from 1986 and more importantly, dingy and disgusting. 30 years ago this place was beautiful, but the description of this unit did not reflect what we found upon arrival. We couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy the water because the balcony furniture, flooring and carpets were so moldy and worn out. The location was great, however accommodations were lacking.

The condo is in a good location but is very overly decorated.....lots of pictures and stuff on every surface. The furniture is very beat up, cushions all sunk in. I texted the owner on sat to let know we were barely able to open the sliding door to the deck. She did respond right away but her answer was that it had been working fine last week., would try to send handyman but never heard from either again This door was completely off the track and barely moving, seems hard to believe it was working. I brought 3 friends together from all over the country, condo was a disappointment, but the area was fun.

We were taken aback by how dusty and dirty this property was. People are not lying in their reviews. The place needed a deep cleaning and every item we used from the kitchen drawers and cupboards had to be washed. The patio could be more inviting but instead was cluttered with broken and stained cheap plastic furniture. Wouldn’t dream of walking around this place barefoot. Sabrina seemed to be a nice lady prior to arrival and I didn’t feel the need to contact her after arriving as she gets quite offended at guests sharing their experiences with the rental. It was in an absolute great location in spite of the condition of the condo. If this place were cleaned and cleaned out of all the knickknacks everywhere I’d pay a premium for the rest of our experience there.

Relax on the beach

Location is absolutely beautiful and the condo well furnished/kept. The building itself was quiet and clean. We arrived later in the day and were able to head directly down to the beach for a walk, after dropping our luggage. The next morning we woke up to find the hot water wasn't working (no fault of the owners). A quick message to the owner and they promptly sent the maintenance man out. When he wasn't able to fix it, a plumber was obtained within a short time and the hot water was running within a few hours of it being reported out. We were super impressed with the speed of everything being reported and addressed/resolved time frame. We did purchase a French press coffeemaker because the coffee pot in the unit appeared like it needed a thorough cleaning, but that didn't really bother us since we travel frequently and are coffee snobs. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which definitely came in handy with the size of our family (8), and a dishwasher. The location is close to all the touristy things (Boardwalk on the Beach, Barefoot landing, dinner shows) and Walmart is roughly a 5 minute drive. Overall, we had an amazing family vacation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for beachfront relaxation.

While the view from the unit is FABULOUS, sadly the same could not be said for the inside. It is worn and in need of updates (worn carpets, with stains hidden by an abundance of throw rugs, washer/dryer not working well-took 3 complete cycles to get towels dry-we did NOT overload, worn and tearing wallpaper, furniture that has broken supports making them uncomfortable to sit in or cushions that are worn flat from lots of use. The owners dearly love their beach retreat and enjoy lots of visual reminders they are at the beach. These visual reminders all had a thin layer of dust on them-I imagine it is a challenge to keep up with the dusting, especially if there is a quick turn around (tenants out in the AM/new ones in at 3:00 pm). Our group of four women felt we paid a premium for beach front/beach view (that was OUR choice), but the quality of the unit left so much to be desired with regard to overall condition. If this is not important to you-THIS is the unit-again the view was fabulous!!!

The owners were so nice and helpful. The cleaning company forgot to put out the extra towels. When I mentioned this to the owner, she went above and beyond to help get us towels. She was very sweet and wanted to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. Thanks again!

4th of July Vacation
