Are stay was great, 2nd year in a row staying at same location for the big sugar classic double weekend. Sam, are host was great and accomendating. Perfect place for what we are using it for.. will stay again if i can! Bike wash is huge

Just What We Needed

The property comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 children and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We spent most of the time out on the trails and it was great to come back to a quiet place to eat, sleep, and get clean. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Bike fest

The property was close to the trails and a short ride to the square. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this has been our favorite yet. Check-in and check-out was simple. The beds were comfortable. Wonderful place to stay.

Too much fun in Bentonville!

Had a great time at Trails End! Sam was an awesome host and the property had everything we needed for our amazing Eclipse and Mountain biking getaway. We were lucky to get good weather for 5 days of mountain biking with all rides starting from the super convenient location of the house! Will definitely try to book this one again on our next trip to Walmart country.

Summer rental

We rented this property for a Summer in Bentonville. The property is convenient to downtown and biking trails. Sam the owner is very kind and available for questions or concerns. We would return to this property again. It worked out well for us.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Sam was very responsive and flexible with our needs and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and ready for us. Extra little touches abounded. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our pets were very happy too. This place made our floor refinishing much easier. Highly recommend!

Great MTB stay

Who doesn’t love warm chocolate chip cookies as you pull up the driveway?! Our stay here was great. A MTB family of 6 with a mini goldendoodle. Great location (slightly run down neighborhood and exterior) but the interior was clean, fresh, well stocked, and comfortable. Lighting in the living room was lacking but everything else was exactly what we needed for our week-long stay. We would definitely come back. Sam was over and above hospitable and helpful. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

If you are coming for trails and riding...this is the place. From this property I can drop into the Slaughter Pen trail system with in 2 minutes...no need to drive-to-ride. Within 8 minutes I can be at the north end of Coler making my way up to the HUB or I can be chilling at the Square in Downtown.
