This newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bath house is a personal paradise resort within a mile away from the beach. This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, quiet family-oriented neighborhood. With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gathering of any kind. Since this property is intended for family bonding, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old or college groups.
It's a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has a private extra-large back yard with heated pool and BBQ Grill. Multiple sitting throughout the pool area with smart flat screen TV ready for your relaxation and entertaining.
The living area leads through to its heavenly pool terrace, where clear sparkling water spells refreshment.
The home is full of updated amenities including fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space.
Inside, the house offers a master bedroom with its own huge brand new master bathroom and a walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full size beds and 4th bedroom has a 1 queen size bed that leads to the pool area. All rooms have big screen flat smart TV's.
Families are welcomed to stay with their kids.
Our home is located in Pompano Beach, only a 3-4 minutes drive or around 20 minutes walk to the Pompano Beach, 10 minutes drive to Lauderdale by the sea and Deerfield beaches. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.
We are only 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport!!!
Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all! Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema

The property is beautiful. There is plenty of outdoor seating, shaded so it can be enjoyed regardless of weather. Loved that the pool is salt water. The park behind the house is such a great feature! We had a great time and cannot wait to come back!

You couldn’t ask for a better host. Igor was out of town, but still communicated with me throughout the week. The place was beautiful and comfortable. The heated salt water pool made our day each day of our stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great family stay. I would definitely stay there again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The layout fit us well. We loved walking into a clean house. The host Igor is wonderful and I will definitely check out some of his properties next time. Location was perfect; quiet and close to the beach. Thank you to Igor, the cleaning crew and the pool guy for making it a wonderful experience!

We stayed as two families, and the house was perfect for us: spacious, very beautiful, and in a great location. From the garden, you can walk straight into a park with a playground, which was wonderful for the kids. Communication with Igor was super easy, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This house was exactly what we imagined and it was a great value for our three families that stayed there. It was comfortable and spacious for everyone there. Some Negative points: (1) cleaning service performed proceeding check-in was subpar as it was obvious they were in a rush and did not look at minor details (2) the pool filter was broke upon arrival and we missed 2 days of use while it underwent repairs (3) the queen mattress needed to be replaced. Positive points (1) owner was very responsive in taking care of the pool, although there was a mishap in the repair {not the owners fault} which caused an additional delay of use (2) owner was very responsive in taking care of the outdoor TV that was broke upon arrival. BOTTOM LINE: none of the negative issues were deal breakers and are understandable circumstances when owning any home. The responsiveness of the owner coupled with ideal location and spaciousness of the home made this site a high candidate for a return stay.

Excellent vacation

This property is amazing. Great communication from the property manager. My family enjoyed our stay. One of my family members said, "Book this one each time we are back in Florida". Nothing short of a wonderful vacation and this property aided greatly in that.

Outdoor area was large with multiple spaces to spread out, pool was nice, although did not have a very large swallow end. Pool toys and rafts were provided. We enjoyed the access to the park next door through the property’s gate. Inside the house also provided multiple spaces, everything was well kept up and furnished nicely. We were so pleased with how well the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and more! Lots of extras we were not expecting like a Keurig, coffee machine, and pods to go with it. There were also plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies.

Beautiful modern decore, well designed for gatherings and family friendly. Nice private end street but close enough for beach, grocery stores and of course the Nitrogen Ice Cream (a definite recommendation!) A well enjoyed vacation!

Beautiful Oasis

Our 4 night stay was perfect; Igor was an incredible host, super responsive and cooperative, even when we had to change our dates due to the hurricane. The house was as gorgeous as pictured, the most well-appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen, and our family had a wonderful, relaxing time in this tropical paradise.

Luxury vacay spot

Excellent vacation spot. Close to the beach and restaurants. Igor was a great host and responded to any of our needs and requests quickly. Kitchen was well stocked, large screen tv and beds were extremely comfortable. Kids and adults both loved the pool and the patio area, not to mention the comfortable lounge chairs. Would highly recommend.

Great property in a Great Neighborhood

It was a great neighborhood, with a nice park around the corner to take a walk in. The pool and patio area were also beautifully setup. The property was very clean, and Igor got back with us right away to answer any and all of our questions. Had an awesome stay!! Would definitely rent again!!

Quick getaway weekend

Amazing! The property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool, backyard and lanai were spectacular! Igor was a great host, answered all questions and gave great instructions for arrival, WiFi and other misc. Our only regret was our stay was too short. The pictures shown were exact! Thank you Igor - we hope to return.

Everything you could need!

We just finished up our 5 night stay here! The home is so welcoming, the layout is perfect and the backyard is what dreams are made of! You never have to leave the house but the park and beach area in the backyard was great for our kids and the location was great when we did venture out! Igor was an amazing host and went above and beyond for our family! We look forward to booking next year already!
