Casa alla Cascata: A hidden gem in the lush green Maggia Valley with a large garden with herbs, berries and fruit trees. The famous Maggia waterfall Cascata del Salto is in the woods just behind the house! Surrounded by vineyards. A warm welcome awaits you with our Border collie Bob and 2 Maine Coon cats. Centrally located in Maggia with all amenities, and a short drive from the Verzasca Valley, Ascona and Locarno on Lake Maggiore.
The garden is fully fenced. If you are bringing a dog, you are free to take the dog into the garden with you but we ask that our guests keep their dog on a lead and take them outside the garden to do their business as we grow a variety of edible herbs in the garden. We thank our guests for their understanding.
