The resorts description and pictures were accurate. The property was well-appointed for a couple or small family Beach vacation, including on-site beach umbrella and chairs available for a Beach Retreat. Also the location was in the heart of Waikiki amongst the higher price properties offering the same values and amenities but a fraction of the cost. Parking is extremely close and convenient, relative to some viewer's opinions. The host made the check-in process effortless. My family enjoyed stay and would highly recommend the location.

The condo was clean and convenient to Waikīkī. The parking was quite a long walk. And tje property grounds were not what I’d expected for the surrounding area.

The place was clean and very close to the beach and Waikiki shops. Not a bad place to stay. However, the noise was a bit bothersome, the garbage trucks come through beginning at 2:30am every other day and are there 2 times on those mornings. Also as stated on those other reviews the parking is not close, but it is free, which you do not get with hotels. If you have disabled or older people in your party (which we did), parking was a hassle.

This property was a perfect location to explore Waikiki. It has been nicely remodeled. No view but very close to beach, restaurants, shopping. It also has nearby parking which we really needed. Although the check in was a little crazy, Vincent was very helpful and we figured it out. The place was very secure! Overall we really liked the place and we were able to easily meet up with friends and family in the area.

We had an excellent stay!! Niihau is at the heart of Waikīkī and everything is very accessible. Also Vincent is very good host with detailed and prompt communications. Overall a great stay!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great to stay at. Location was perfect. Close to everything and very safe. Bathroom is very small, but rest of the apartment was fine. Parking is a great amenity. Just down the street. Very easy to get to. Property Manager was attentive and answered my call right away. Very friendly and provided detailed instructions. There's a shaved ice place downstairs, and ice cream and dessert across the street with many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again on my next visit.

Had an issue getting in (door keypad batteries were dead), but despite being late at night the Property Manager responded immediately and quickly fixed the issue! Other than that the place was great. Spacious, convenient location, good kitchen amenities, and loved that it came with a few extras for the beach (beach towels, boogie boards, and a pail and shovels for sand castles!)

Parking was nearby, listing was accurate, location was perfect, but the bathroom was quite small and if you’re sensitive to noise you will not want to stay here! We could hear people outside, garbage trucks, and the garbage chute very clearly from inside the unit.

Pleasantly surprised!

Arrived at around midnight but it was easy to find the apartment and the parking lot.The apartment is clean and perfectly located. Super close to the beach and tons of great shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property for a great stay in Waikiki!lot.
